Shipping Policy

Any purchase will be considered as an order once the full payment is received. Our standard delivery time is 30-45 days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk (+91) 9810008738 or email us at sales@reetjewels.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to resolve this at the earliest. For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to keep a photocopy of any of the following photo ID proofs handy for receiving the delivery: - Pan card - Driving License - Passport - Adhaar card Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

This individuality extends to the stones used, where slight variations in color and texture add to the charm of our jewelry. To ensure that only the finest pieces reach our customers, each product undergoes meticulous quality control checks before being dispatched. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit, or an incorrect item may be received. In such rare instances, we are here to assist you. Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively for damaged items during transit or if an incorrect product has been delivered. When returning damaged or incorrect items, please ensure they are in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging intact. STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN 

1. Notify us promptly: Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing sales@reetjewels.com
2. Provide visual confirmation: Before initiating the return process for damaged or incorrect products, please send us a photograph of the item. 
3. Quality assessment: Our Quality Control team will review the provided information and decide if the return is approved. 
4. Return arrangement: Upon approval, we'll organize a courier service to collect the goods and return them to us. 
5. Time limit: Please note that we can only accept returns that are notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. 
6. Repair policy: The repairs will be subject to charges. The repair cost will depend on factors such as the nature of repair and gold usage. Our artisans in Jaipur will assess the item physically to provide an accurate repair estimate.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES 

In the event of genuine quality concerns or if your package is lost during transit, Reet Jewels ensures your satisfaction through the following measures: 
1. Quality Assurance: We stand by the authenticity and excellence of our products. Should you encounter any genuine quality issues, we are committed to resolving them promptly and to your satisfaction. 
2. Lost Packages: If your package goes astray during transit, we understand the frustration it may cause. Rest assured, we'll work diligently to track down the parcel and provide a suitable resolution, whether that involves replacement or reimbursement. 
3. Shipment Errors: In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect item, Reet Jewels takes full responsibility. We will swiftly rectify the situation by arranging for the correct product to be shipped to you, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.

FOLLOWING SCENARIOS WHERE REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED 

1. Incorrect or Outdated Address: Refunds will not be issued if the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated, including any form of PO Box address.

2. Failed Delivery Attempts: After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier agent, refunds will not be processed.  
3. Package Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the package, refunds will not be provided. 
4. Sizing Issues: Please carefully review our size guides before making a purchase, as refunds will not be given for sizing issues. 
5. Used or Damaged Returns: Products returned in a used or damaged condition will not be eligible for refunds. 
6. Minor Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural stones, minor variations in color and design may occur. Refunds will not be granted for such variations. 
7. Non-Faulty or Damaged Items: If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged, refunds will not be issued. Customers must notify us within two days of receiving the goods. 
8. Made to Order: Cancelations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for Made to Order requests once placed. 

Please be informed that we use luxury logistics services for shipping, and all shipments are insured.
